Purchased 2 innersoles. One pair is thick and the other is significantly thinner (not even half the thickness). After multiple emails back and forth over a period of 4 days, this company is unwilling to confirm that they will cover postage costs to replace a product that is faulty / not up to standard. I have sent through clear photos, but they are only willing to assess the product in person which means they could deem the product up to standard and I’d be out of pocket for the postage costs for an item that is less than satisfactory.
