Our website uses the Australia Post online calculator to calculate the correct postage for your order. The only exception to this is some international orders which need to be caluclated seperatly. We will contact you if this is the case. All products are shipped directly from Australia.
Charges imposed by the importing country are your responsibility. We advise you to contact your Customs department if you are concerned about these possible charges. Note that we mark the customs declaration as 'personal items not for resale'.

Check that your shipping details are correct, we accept no responsibility for lost goods under any circumstance. Please be vary careful about size, particularly in the case of custom made boots as we can not accept returns of these.
We know that sometimes you may purchase a product and accidently get the wrong size or find it is totally different to what you thought. We understand and are happy for you to get a replacement product from us once you have sent the item back. There is one exception though, made to order boots and other custom products are just that, they are made for you. If you get the wrong size or they are not what you thought, still contact us, sometimes we are able to place them with another order, however, in most cases once the order is placed we are unable to cancel an order and give you a refund. We apologise for this but these are made just for you.
