Shipping Charges and Delivery

Our website uses the Australia Post online calculator to calculate the correct postage for your order. The only exception to this is some international orders which need to be caluclated seperatly. We will contact you if this is the case. All products are shipped directly from Australia. Time for delivery does very. We hold most items in stock if they are not made to order. However, there are times when the item must come from the supplier. We wil always get products out to you as quickly as possible but sometimes there is a delay due to unforseen circumstances. Our aim is always to provide the best servie at the best cost. Please understand that sometimes our suppliers have issues, we will work with them as best as possible to get you a speedy result.

Import Duties and Sales Tax

Charges imposed by the importing country are your responsibility. We advise you to contact your Customs department if you are concerned about these possible charges. Note that we mark the customs declaration as 'personal items not for resale'.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your order by email, please check your "junk" folder if you have not recieved an expected email.

Customer Responsibility 

Choose your items carefully as you do not have an automatic right to return goods. See our Return Policy below.
Check that your shipping details are correct, we accept no responsibility for lost goods under any circumstance.  Please be vary careful about size, particularly in the case of custom made boots as we can not accept returns of these.

Return policy

In the unlikely situation where a product is faulty or even the wrong item, please let us know straight away before sending it back, email is best with images, shop@portphillipshop.com.au. We will deal with it straight away.

When buying clothing and footwear, we know that sometimes you may purchase a product and accidently get the wrong size. We understand and are happy for you to get a replacement product from us once you have sent the item back but please make sure you contact us quickly, wihtin 14 days via email: shop@portphillipshop.com.au. Products must be in original packaging and unworn. There is one exception though, made to order boots and other custom products are just that, they are made for you. If you get the wrong size or they are not what you thought, still contact us, sometimes we are able to place them with another order, however, in most cases once the order is placed we are unable to cancel an order and give you a refund. We apologise for this but these are made just for you. Likewise claerance items can not be returned or exchanged. Please note sales items can only be exchanged or store credit given.

Shipping charges are non-refundable even if included in the price. Return and re-shipping charges are at your cost.
